Here it is...the latest fundraising event ProudConservative.com is running to benefit the Freedom Alliance Scholarship Fund.  The two pictures posted here will be auctioned off and all of the money minus only the Ebay, Paypal and shipping fees will be donated to this most worthy of causes.  I  will NOT be keeping ANY of the money.  Sweet Baby James was kind enough to bring to Sean's attention the auctions I have run in the past to benefit the Freedom Alliance.  Sean graciously sent me two autographed photos, one which was personalized to me and then the one you see pictured below.  I asked if it was o.k. for me to auction off the second one and got the "go ahead."  I contacted Mark Levin and asked if he would send an autographed photo so that I could auction them off together.  Mark also graciously sent an autographed photo to me.  So here they both are together...up for auction to raise money for the college scholarships for the children of our fallen and injured military heroes.  Please pass the word on to all of your friends who you think would be interested in bidding on this item.  It is for a great cause.  Because of "red tape" issues, I can not mention on the Ebay page that this is for charity.

The political correctness nonsense strikes again.  An Obama delegate was asked to step down after she was ticketed for calling her neighbor's kids monkeys.  Her neighbors are black.  Well, if that was all you heard about the story....maybe you might agree that she should have stepped down.  But, let's go on with the story and find out exactly what was said and why.

Linda Ramirez-Sliwinski, was at home when she saw her neighbor's children playing in a tree.  She thought it was a little dangerous and went outside and told them to, "quit playing in the tree like monkeys."  The mother of the children decided that it was a racist remark and called the police.  The police showed up and ticketed Linda Ramirez-Sliwinski for disorderly conduct which carried a $75.00 fine.  

Senator Barack Obama's campaign heard about the incident and "persuaded" Ramirez-Sliwinski to step down as an Obama delegate so that she could be replaced.  The campaign felt her remarks were "divisive and unacceptable."

O.K.  This is complete nonsense.  Do you know how many times as a child I was told to stop swinging in a tree or climbing a tree like a monkey?  I used to love climbing trees.  I was constantly told to stop acting like a monkey.  I have told my own kids to stop acting like monkeys when they are climbing all over stuff.  

Now some of you politically correct types might be saying, "But Trent...you're not black so it wouldn't offend you to be called a monkey.  There is nothing wrong with calling your kids monkeys because they are white."  That is exactly my point.  The simple fact that my kids are climbing around and jumping around acting like monkeys....yes monkeys climb around and jump around....is the sole reason for calling them monkeys.  So if a white kid is climbing a tree and a black kid is climbing a tree......it's the same thing.  They are being called monkeys because of their actions.  Everyone wants to be treated the same way, and everyone should be treated the same way.  So please don't cry racism when you ARE treated the same way. 

I am afraid to sing that song with my kids now.  You know the one that goes like this, "Five little monkeys jumping on the bed....one fell off and bumped his head.  Momma called the doctor and the doctor said, 'No more monkeys jumping on the bed.'"  I might offend someone, be called a racist and then be ticketed and fined for being "devisive." 

I truly believe that people today are just looking to be offended by anything and everything they can be offended by.  I said it before and I'll say it again.  "Political Correctness is ruining this country."

Hey everyone,

I want to thank everyone who has purchased shirts and hats in the past 3 years.  I have maintained the same price for 3 years on the T-shirts I sell.  I offer the best quality product at the best price possible.  Unfortunately, because of overhead costs, I am going to have to raise the price of T-shirts by $1.00 each.  Hats and sweatshirts will remain the current price as well as the T-shirts on clearance.  From what I have seen, even with the $1.00 increase, I still have some of the lowest prices for screenprinted political shirts.  I really should have raised the prices a month or two ago, but was fighting it.  I could just change the prices today, but I wanted to give everyone a last chance to get the shirts at the current prices.

The Post Office is also raising it’s rates in May sometime.  I will have to update my shipping costs in May as well. 

So that’s it.  I wanted to give all of you a heads up on the upcoming increase.  If you were planning on buying some shirts soon....do it now and save a little bit of money.
