OPEN LETTER TO ELECTED REPUBLICANS
Dear Elected Republican Politician,
It is the Conservative base that continues to vote for you. Yes, there are moderates and maybe even some fed up left leaning constituents that vote for you also, but by far, the Conservatives are your base. We give you our precious vote for many reasons. We expect you to promote our conservative agenda. This includes, but isn't limited to keeping America's military strong, keeping our taxes as low as possible, sending originalist judges to the bench, and spending OUR money much more wisely. We vote you into power. It is the Conservatives that are your allies. So why is it that many of you keep trying to get in good with the main stream media? They are not your friends. They did not vote for you. They will never vote for you. You will never impress them with anything you do, unless you slam the Conservatives that put you into office. Why is it that you keep brokering deals with the liberals that are NOT in the majority? Why is it that you let the Democrats control so much of the discussion? They are not the majority party....you are. Start behaving in a manner that is fitting of a party in power. You do not have to broker deals with the liberals. You do not need the permission of the liberals to vote on conservative judges. You do not need the Democrats to lower taxes. You do not need the Democrats to control spending. You are the majority party. They are the minority party. You have the power. They don't. You can be civil with them. You can be friends with them. When it comes time to vote on important issues though, we expect you to follow through on your campaign promises. We expect you to behave as a majority party behaves. We show you the utmost respect by giving you our vote on Election day. We expect that respect to be given back. Stop trying to impress the people that will never like you....the liberals...the Democrats....the main stream media...and start trying to impress the people that should matter most to you. Your conservative constituents.
